How to Verify VALORANT Skins, VP, Radianite, and Battle Pass History

Treat every advertised skin, VP balance, Radianite balance, and Battle Pass claim as unverified until fresh, account-specific screens match it. The Collection can confirm owned weapon skins and variants, while the client can show current currency balances. Riot’s available purchase-history page is specifically for VALORANT Point purchases, so it should not be treated as a complete history of skin ownership or Battle Pass completion.¹²³

What can each screen actually prove?

Ask for one continuous, current capture that starts with the account identity and then opens the relevant client pages. A screenshot proves only what is visible inside its frame; it does not prove that separate captures came from the same account.

Match skins by weapon, name, and variant

1. Copy each advertised skin into a checklist, keeping the weapon name attached. A Vandal skin does not satisfy a claim for another weapon in the same collection.
2. Filter the Collection to owned weapon skins. Riot added owned and unowned filters and separately documents owned variants in the Collection system.¹
3. Open each claimed skin instead of relying on a thumbnail. Record the exact displayed name and every advertised variant or upgrade that appears unlocked.
4. Mark an item “conflicting” if the weapon, skin name, ownership state, or variant differs. Mark it “unknown” if the relevant page is cropped or never opened.

Do not count a bundle name as proof that every bundle item remains on the account. Verify the individual weapon entries that matter to your decision.

Check VP and Radianite as separate balances

VP and Radianite Points have different uses. Riot describes VP as the premium currency used to unlock content and Radianite Points as the currency used to unlock additional levels and variants on eligible weapon skins.² Record both current balances separately; a large past VP purchase does not establish the present VP balance.

How much Battle Pass history is visible?

Verify individual rewards rather than accepting “completed Battle Pass” as a single fact. Riot documents that purchased or unlocked Battlepass weapon and accessory items can appear in the Collection, but its purchase-history tool is presented as a record of VALORANT Point purchases.³⁴ Neither record, by itself, establishes every past pass, tier, completion date, or payment route.

• Mark a named reward “verified” only when it appears as owned on the same account.
• Mark a claimed pass purchase “seller-stated” when only a receipt or listing description is provided.
• Mark a completion date or completed-tier claim “unknown” unless an account-specific record directly shows it.
• Treat a missing advertised reward, unexplained duplicate name, or conflicting variant as a reason to stop and request clarification.

Reconcile the listing with one status per claim

The same discipline applies to other digital-goods listings: compare the exact label, item, variant, and quantity rather than trusting a familiar image.

If the listing itself contains conflicting titles, options, or images, resolve those differences before requesting account evidence.

When should you choose another account—or create your own?

Choose a clearer listing when decisive skins, variants, or balances conflict with the evidence. Create and control your own Riot account when the seller retains the registered email, recovery information, or any continuing access. More fundamentally, Riot states that buying, selling, or transferring accounts violates its Terms.⁵⁶

Region also matters independently of cosmetics. Riot says an account’s region of residence determines its server, available payment options, and who it can play with.⁷ Confirm that condition on the account rather than inferring it from the listing language.

• Proceed no further when the seller refuses a current, account-specific inventory view.
• Reject any request to exchange passwords, recovery codes, payment records, or unnecessary personal information over an insecure channel.
• Choose a clearer listing when the evidence omits a high-value claim or switches between Riot IDs.
• Prefer an account you create and control when ownership, recovery, policy compliance, region, or history remains uncertain.

Final checks before any payment

1. Match every required weapon, skin name, variant, and unlocked upgrade.
2. Record the separately displayed VP and Radianite balances from a fresh capture.
3. List the exact Battle Pass rewards that are visible and mark broader history claims as seller-stated or unknown.
4. Confirm that all screens show a consistent account identity and capture date.
5. Check the account’s region of residence and whether it fits your server and payment needs.⁷
6. Determine who controls the registered email and recovery path; do not accept continuing seller access.
7. Save the listing terms and written clarification for every corrected conflict.
8. Account for Riot’s prohibition on buying, selling, transferring, or sharing accounts before making the final decision.⁵

If the contents are clear but ownership, recovery, region, or policy compliance is not, the stronger decision is to leave the listing and use an account you created and control.
