Did you depart, or only complete your Caravan?
Completing the Caravan did not sign you up. Players had to register during the window, there was no Last Call, and registered Raiders departed on September 29.[1] Because the reset is tied to sending your Raider, a player who did not depart did not lose their ordinary stash merely because the window closed.[2]
Expeditions are now paused until early 2027 under the announced schedule. Earned consecutive buffs persist during the pause, and unfinished Caravan contributions are replaced with Ermal Vouchers of equal value. You can use those vouchers in Ermal offers or sell them for Coin.[1] A voucher is compensation for Caravan contributions, not a restored copy of your former stash.
What survives the departure?
| Where the item or progress was held | Treatment | What to do now |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary inventory or stash | Items and crafting progress reset[2] | Rebuild around what your new Raider actually has |
| Expedition Vault | 1.29 introduction described up to five stored items for later retrieval[3] | Reconcile stored goods before obtaining duplicates |
| Cosmetics, account purchases and Raider Tokens | Account carry-over categories[2] | Use customization and account balance screens |
| Extra ordinary stash space from Ermal | Resets on departure[3] | Calculate room using the new stash capacity |
| Quest progress | Reset was opt-in for the fifth Expedition[1] | Continue retained quests if you selected that option |
For example, a rifle left in your ordinary stash and a blueprint placed in the Vault do not share the same protection. The blueprint is the registered carry-over item; the rifle remains ordinary reset-exposed equipment. The official “purchased items” category should not be read as a promise that every externally paid gameplay object survives.[2] [3]
Embark lists trading in-game items for money or anything else of value as a reason for account suspension.[4] Marketplace delivery terms do not override that rule. Keep the acquisition decision separate from the game mechanic: the item’s recorded location determines reset exposure.

The Nomadic Envoy Ermal provides the Vault. Level 25 unlocks his barter services; the stated Vault benefit is retrieval after an Expedition, for the next Raider.[3] The introduction describes a recovery benefit separately from the level needed to unlock barter services. Reconcile the goods you registered before departure against the items in your new stash.
- Use the actual items you registered before departure as your recovery list. The Vault protects those selected goods, not your complete old inventory.[2] [3]
- Compare that pre-departure list with the new stash. Identify which registered goods are now present before you obtain another copy.
- Treat a recovered blueprint separately from workshop progression. Preserving an item does not restore crafting progress that the Expedition reset.[2] [3]
- If a protected item is missing, contact the ARC Raiders Help Center with the account, departure status and stored-item details before replacing it.
Account rewards have a different transition
Raider Tokens and Raider Deck progression are listed as carry-over categories in the Expedition help page.[2] On October 8, the announced Frozen Trail update will replace Raider Decks with Reward Passes. Previously earned cosmetics and Raider Tokens will remain unlocked in the Legacy Reward Pass.[5] That upcoming reward-system change is separate from the stash reset you already completed.
Choose items for the Raider you have now
If you departed, subtract the Vault goods you recover from your rebuilding list, then choose the weapons or materials your current crafting progression can use. If you did not depart, use your existing stash. The closed September window is no reason to rush through consumables today, and no new departure date has been announced beyond the early-2027 return plan.[1]
A player who still needs equipment can compare ARC Raiders item options using the actual missing product and amount. Distinguish a complete weapon from its blueprint, and leave already recovered Vault goods out of the order.
